The purpose of a PAT State Systems Office is to help develop, support, and sustain high quality PAT programs through advocacy, collaboration and networking, communication, delivery systems, and quality improvement.

PEN State Systems Office aims to:

  1. Support the Parents as Teachers National Center vision, mission and core values and dedicate ourselves to building high quality PAT programs within the state.
  2. Be a strong supporter of early childhood parent education and comprehensive services for all children and families within the state.
  3. Establish strategic alliances in the state that work to benefit all families and be actively involved with state initiatives addressing the needs of young children and their families.
  4. Attend the Parents as Teachers affiliate meetings regularly as well as the Parents as Teachers National Conference.

What is PHP of Wyoming, Inc.?

Parents Helping Parents of Wyoming, Inc is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1990. Governed by a board of directors, the majority who are parents or family members of children with disabilities, PHP 's mission is to provide a means of communication, cooperation, and education to parents and professionals who wish to serve and support children with and without disabilities. We aim to help families become more active in their children's learning and education, and obtain better programs and services through education, support, and referral.
