Governor's Proclamation

October 2009 -- For the second year in a row, Governor Freudenthal has officially proclaimed October as Family Engagement Month for Wyoming. The proclamation by Governor Freudenthal will help Wyoming families and schools celebrate the important roles that families play in the education of their children.

Governor Freudenthal, along with those from the Parent Education Network would like to encourage all citizens to take this month to raise the level of their involvement in their child’s learning and setting high expectations for their students.
