Erin is a native of California, but has lived in Wyoming for the last 14 years with her husband and three children. She has been working with parents and children for the last 9 years as a preschool teacher, Head Start and Even Start director, and a home visitor. Erin has been certified as a Parents as Teachers parent educator for 5 years. Region: Cheyenne

Blanca Moye has recently received her Born to Learn certification as a parent educator for the Jackson area. She has been living in the Jackson area for the last nine years with her husband and two children and is originally from Mexico City. Blanca has been working with families for more than 13-years in adult education. Upon arriving to Jackson she has been working with the Latino Community and the many non-profits around Jackson. She is excited to be offering her services within the Jackson community. Region: Spanish Bilingual Jackson

Ethelyn and her husband have two adult children. She has taught first grade and preschool for fifteen years in Colorado, Oklahoma and Wyoming. She is excited to be working with parents and young children to enhance their early learning experiences. Region: Cheyenne

Tammy is a Wyoming native and has taught for over 20 years in both Riverton and Big Piney. After graduating from the UW with a BA in Special Education K-12 and General Education K-6, Tammy taught in Riverton at Jackson Elementary for 14 years and also at Big Piney High School at the Learning Resource Center. She has experience as a Career Education Facilitator and an extensive background in child development, behavior, autism and learning difficulties. Prior to college, she worked with adults with disabilities at the Wyoming State Training School, so she has a rich understanding of the diversity and strengths of many children and families. Tammy believes wholeheartedly in PAT’s mission that “parents are their child’s first and most influential teacher!“ Region: Riverton

Currently Pursing BA in Education -- Northwest College and Valley State College of North Dakota

LiEnisa is new to Wyoming and has most recently been working for a child care facility in Cody. She has 15 years of experience in early childhood education including being a center director of child development centers, a prekindergarten teacher and trainer of early childhood education staff throughout the southwest. LiEnisa is looking forward to working with the many families and providers in the Powell area. Region: Powell

What is PHP of Wyoming, Inc.?

Parents Helping Parents of Wyoming, Inc is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1990. Governed by a board of directors, the majority who are parents or family members of children with disabilities, PHP 's mission is to provide a means of communication, cooperation, and education to parents and professionals who wish to serve and support children with and without disabilities. We aim to help families become more active in their children's learning and education, and obtain better programs and services through education, support, and referral.
